The 学习空间 Advisory Community is open to 俄亥俄州 students, 教师, and 工作人员 who have an interest in classrooms, 实验室, and other spaces where learning takes place.

Advisory communities not only provide a means for participants to engage with 俄亥俄州 IT, but they also provide a platform for 教师, 工作人员, and students to influence technology decisions based on their needs and experiences. In the past several months, this advisory community has:

• Identified more proactive support opportunities and 帮助 content needs for 教师. The 学习空间 team plans to:

  • Increase 俄亥俄州 IT's library of classroom technology 帮助 videos
• Discussed ongoing need for increases in hybrid-capable rooms. The 学习空间 team has:
  • Deployed two large capacity hybrid rooms, Irvine 194 & 199
  • Continued working to modernize OULN spaces to make the hybrid experience smoother
• Learned about how reduced response times for urgent classroom support needs would benefit 教师. The 学习空间 team is:
  • Working with support teams to identify areas of improvement
